The challenge

Over time, The Techie Mentor had expanded across multiple platforms, tools, memberships, freebies, courses, landing pages, and support systems.

As the ecosystem evolved, the customer experience and operational workflows became increasingly fragmented.

Users struggled to navigate between offers, content, memberships, and resources
Freebies, podcasts, blog content, and educational resources lacked clear pathways and discoverability
Content categories, tags, and site structure had become difficult to manage and maintain
Multiple tools handled different operational functions, creating unnecessary complexity and duplicated workflows
Updating systems, onboarding experiences, and operational processes became increasingly difficult to scale

The business had grown organically over time, but the infrastructure supporting it no longer reflected how users actually moved through the ecosystem.
